An evening timeline that actually works

Shift the whole block to fit your bedtime, 7pm for a five-year-old or 9pm for a ten-year-old. The spacing is what matters.

Three hours before bed. Last window for anything competitive, scary, or fast. Defend this mark hardest: it is where the arousal problem gets solved rather than managed.

Why the afternoon run helps and the 8pm one doesn't
