How to connect the host to a display device (TV/Projector)?
- Use the included HDMI cable to connect the host to the display device.
- After connection, switch the signal source of your display device to the corresponding HDMI channel.
How to troubleshoot network connection failures?
- Check the uppercase and lowercase letters of your WiFi password to ensure there are no typos.
- Move the host closer to the router, and remove obstructions such as walls and home appliances.
- Restart the router and host, then re-enter the network page to reconnect.
What to do if the device freezes, stops responding, or cannot exit the game?
- Tap Game Details Page → End Game.
- Press and hold the power button to force a shutdown and restart the host.
How to pair the remote control, and what to do if it does not work?
Press and hold the “Return” and “ok” buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds to complete pairing. Please troubleshoot with the following steps:
- Check whether the remote batteries have power. If no light turns on, the batteries are dead.
- Check if the remote is paired successfully; you may try pairing it again.
